Community support is critical to a strong showing on the picket line, and that strength gives members negotiating power to win a fair contract. Support the strike by promoting and donating to the CPPW Strike Hardship Fund, joining members on the line, donating food and supplies, helping us spread the word, and more.
Beginning Monday Nov. 9, CPPW will be picketing City Hall daily from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Community is welcome to join and support the picket!
Donate to the Strike Hardship Fund
The fund provides need-based financial assistance to eligible CPPW members experiencing material hardship as a result of participating in the strike. Fundraising a substantial hardship fund allows us to stay strong in a strike, which will help us win our contract fight.

CPPW Members: Spread the word about supporting the strike
The Solidarity Committee has drafted templates for CPPW members to make asks for strike support from their communities. Use these messages for social media, email, and phone calls as a starting point for your asks—adding a personal touch will help. Helping grow community support for the strike will help your fellow members stay strong on the line.
