General membership meetings occur on the third Thursday of each month from 12:00-1:00 pm, unless otherwise noted on the calendar. All members are encouraged to attend general membership meetings. As always: please attend on your break or personal time.
Meetings are held on Zoom. Look for a link in your email, in our event calendar, or on Discord. Time/date subject to change!

Zoom troubleshooting
We continue to try and improve members’ experience in these spaces with Zoom meetings instead of webinars. We are balancing convenience with security for this platform. You can join through a browser or by calling in but recommend using a desktop or phone Zoom app which may require setting up a free account with a personal email for those unable to use their work one. Logging into your Zoom app first will make everything easier to join by simply clicking the Zoom link. The meeting ID and passcode, along with call-in options are all below.
A reminder about babies and baseball
We are all allowed to talk about our union in the same way you can talk about your hobbies, family, or other interests with fellow coworkers. This is a legally protected right.
We are also allowed to use City devices (laptops, Teams, etc.) to communicate with each other about our union or any topics related to our union. This is also legally protected.
Devices are controlled by the City, so it’s a good idea to move important or confidential union conversations to personal devices.
