TL;DR: The City Continues to Stall Mediation
In a month of mediation, the City made *one* proposal and it wasn’t about wages. The City is dragging their feet, wasting our time, and spending $11,000 every session to get nowhere. This is unacceptable. Today, CPPW declared impasse.
